"This restaurant is a little gem in the middle of nowhere! On our drive to Rainier, we wanted to stop somewhere for dinner and decided on Morton because there were a few more options that would be open within our travel time. We decided on Rivers as the ambiance looked interesting and they had decent reviews. I think they need more better than decent reviews because we loved this place! The lady at the bar was the server and the only person in the cafe. So we pretty much had the whole cafe to ourselves. Stopped on our way to Mt. Rainier and everyone in our group loved it! There weren’t a ton of options for breakfast but I wanted to try everything. The coffee/espresso was also some of the best I’ve had

The food was amazing. I'm glad we stopped. It was less than 20 minutes and we already got our food. So good. Great atmosphere and service. The Chicken sandwich is a must try! It was super juicy and delicious. The turkey sandwich was okay. I bet it would be better with a different choice of bread. The flavor was still good. The bread was thicker though. The coffee was good too!
