"We ordered two of the Friday night specials and requested one pizza with light cheese and nothing on the breadsticks, just plain due to not caring for alot of garlic. We have done this several times before with only having an issue one other time. This time they had the garlic stuff on them so my husband took them back into the store. He told the young lady at the counter the breadsticks were supposed to be plain. Well, the lady in the back said they didn 't come plain and my husband said we always get them plain. Then she started raising her voice at my husband and said you didn 't order them correctly and told him how to place the order. He calmly told her he did order them with nothing on them and had repeated the order to the lady on the phone to make sure she had it. Arguing with a customer especially in a room full of other customers is very poor customer relations. This did happen one other time with the same woman over a breadsticks order and she raised her voice at my husband at that time also. We didn 't go back for several weeks. This visit was the second one since we started getting pizzas there again and we 're done. The food is really good and we drove 45 minutes to get it but we don 't need to be treated like that because they got our order wrong. To add insult, we were charged regular price for the whole order so there was no Friday night special. So disappointed!!"
