"The service Here used to be great.. But the past 4 months has been horrible. When calling to order they tell you it'll be a few minutes on your order then you have to stand in line and wait 10 minutes or more to get your food and others place new orders.. and they get there's before you do. "I'm so confused as to why this staff is so lazy. If someone orders something just give them what they ordered rather than trying to talk them out of it cause you're too lazy to make the food. I also think that they purposely give you the wrong sauce as they do it routinely. They never have anything prepared and send you curbside every time. A 5 minute experience turns into 25 quick. It's so pathetic. I wish I could give negative stars. Laughing and playing rather than just giving the food to the customer. Like bruh it's not that hard to not be this trash. Corporate need to come fire them all then the department of labor need to deny their unemployment cause they don't deserve a dime for that trash work ethic."

"Won’t be back. Was told by everyone we know locally that this place was really good. Maybe things have changed since they went. I wasn’t impressed. I ordered surf and turf. I’ve had a better steak at Applebees. We also waited an hour for our food. The place is pretty dirty too, dust everywhere. The waitress was sweet. I don’t get the attraction of over paying for sub par food and a sub par experience. I should have known when I was seated and had silverware wrapped up in a paper napkin with laminated menus that this wasn’t the type of place that everyone hyped it up to be."

"Potato was quite small.Also, there was 1 woman waiting on her order at the counter. Despite there being no one else waiting, no one acknowledged me (yes, I was seen) or even greeted for over 5 minutes. There were 7 employees within sight at the time.I think Rude would describe tone of the visit. Rather counterproductive for an establishment that claims they value their customers and want their repeat patronage.Like I stated previously, the potato was smallish. And unremarkable, average tasting. Will I be back? Probably not. There are plenty of restaurants out there who want and value their business."
