"I'm not really a reviewer, but I think I really have to leave one here. TWO ISSUES, First: We go once a month or so for the burgers, usually for the exit and I will say the burgers are OUTSTANDING. The problem is that they have a hard time to cook them as you ask. A few times we get all the way home and burgers that we have ordered well are med or med rare. We then started, extra well made burgers with hope that they leave it on the grill longer and still we come home and they are medium and ****. The first time this happened, we called and said we should put it in the oven for a few minutes.... I talked to the host the last time, and she said I'm sorry, for some reason they like to make it...

Delicious Gastro Pub right in front of Princeton. The discories are NUTS! All right. We have the short rib, and I can't wait to try pig bell. Burger was pretty good; Beers always great. Enjoy more of the menu.
