"It tastes good here. I'd rather go back. Lotter's Economy is a private brewhouse in Aue and one of the three restaurants in Hotel Blauer Engel. After a thorough study of the menus we decided to eat here. There are regional foods, such as pussies, which can be served completely potatoes, sweets or hearty. In addition, many variants from the Schnitzel and a large selection of steaks with various supplements. The fresh beer is offered from our own brewery. Food prices range from 10 to 20 euros. In the anticipation we entered the place and saw that all very few tables that existed here were beautifully covered and reserved. There was also a superior who regretted everything was full. All right, then pizza, but we wanted to come next night to reserve it right away, the head advised us. And it is necessary to do this at the hotel reception where he led us through all three locals. I have to say that it is very noble here what was made of this historic house. At the lady at the reception I then reserved two seats for the Braugasthof on the following day. The first thing I saw next night was covered and reserved. This time in another head I asked about my seats. Hectic looked into the book, spoke to my colleague, because we stood in the middle of the place that I didn't think so great, he asked us if we were to take place in the vault cellar. We didn't care. A steep staircase led down and we came into a large basement with unoccupied walls, small niches, little light. The top put us in a corner, illuminated 2 tealights and brought the card. Well, we had our smartphone with light, otherwise we could not have read it. I chose Schnitzel Braumeister Art, we would say Cordon Bleu with salad and roast potatoes. Son took his duty Wiener Schnitzel. We had to wait almost an hour for our food, you had time, but still you have become impatient. Here below we served a friendly young lady, very competent, with perfect English she spoke with a gentleman on the side table. The food was then completely reserved with salad on a dish. The roast potatoes below, the scavenger above and next to the salad, in which unfortunately some sauce was poured. But it tasted fantastic, delicate meat, the potatoes wonderfully seasoned and non-greasy, the salad consisted of cut radicchio and tomatoes. That was the only manco, as the plates were preheated, the salad was also slightly warm. Nevertheless, we were satisfied and would like to come to dinner the next night, but that didn't have to go home early. The deduction of a fifth star is because I have not forgotten our reservations, this must not happen in a 4-star hotel. In addition, the waiting period took too long and the salad on the hot plate was not necessarily ideal. Nevertheless, recommended, there is nothing here without reservation. Update April 2017 I also visited this place during this stay in Aue. I wanted to show my husband the vault cellar. After a lunch reservation we have the last free table. But he was in the end, and after more and more guests arrived, I already got a calm feeling of space and where does fresh air come in? My dishes, barracks with fried eggs and roasted potatoes, tasted excellent, two drinks were free, like a hotel guest. My husband also liked it well for me, after two stays here, I decided to reserve the next time in the restaurant. It is quite laborious to be able to read the menu only with the light of the phone."
