"First of all, Jennifer was AWESOME!!!Our all around experience was ok. We reserved the party room for a birthday party and was told we were able to bring outside food for people with food restrictions. Upon arrival and set up the manager on shift came in and was very rude about it stating that we cannot have outside food and had to take the food outside. We mentioned that we were told that we can bring it. She then said it would be $100 reservation fee.We then ordered our pizza’s and ordered 4 X-Large pizzas and they brought out large. We went with large group. Staff was very nice and respectful. They even made sure floor is clean before we sit down. Definitely will come back here.Vegetarian options: Good vegetarian pizza,thin crust

My experience at the Los Banos location was great! The manager Jennifer was awesome. The staff was amazing to serve our big party guests. The women's bathroom was clean. The pizza, King Arthur Supreme was delicious! I would definitely come back to this friendly environment for sure.Kid-friendliness: Has a very cool arcade area for kids and adults to play.Parking: Parking was super close to the restaurant.

Jennifer was AMAZING when she got there and was able to help us with our party.. we had a little issue with the GM when we first arrived, we were never told we couldn’t bring outside food in (cold cuts and treats) so after we set everything up we were told we had to pay for the space (also not informed of that when we reserved it to begin with), it just would have been nice to be informed of everything ahead of time, so there were no surprises or attitude… all in all we had a great time and the staff for the most part was amazing and helpful. Thank you!
