eating was not good and not very authentic cajun. the service was slow and unstoppable. must have been extremely loud and not in harmony with the thema of the restaurant. we will not be back.

two friends and I went to roux on a Saturday night and arrived at 17.30. there were some tables with patrons, and a few people sat at the bar. our server was nice and could ask all that we could easily answer on eating or drinking. we have also worked with the owners as they were completely immersed in the restaurant, they are a charming couple! we ordered the big cajun sampler entrée as an appetizer, and all four dishes were fantastic. our escapes were inspired by the sampler, and although we waited a little longer than I expected for everything, it was worth it! our whole food was delicious and we can not wait to go back. I am surprised that it was not very busy, it is really a hidden gem...
