"Horrible experience and I wasn 't surprised bc I read the reviews before going there but I was just having a craving for the salad bar so I gave it a try anyways. Salad bar was decent but after my overall experience, I don 't need to go back to another Ruby Tuesdays, ever. Long story short- Their signature sauce is disgusting and shouldn 't be put on anything, nonetheless the new burnt tacodillas. Service. Was okay. Looks like an older location. When there for the Fish and Chips, add made it look good, it wasn't. This close to the coast you would expect fresh fish, it's not. And a little over cooked. Think we'll go back to captain D's.

Went on a Sunday afternoon after we got out of church. Was told (very rudely) it would be 15-20 minute wait for a table of 5. We told them we would wait and that we would also be happy to take a booth, set 3 on one side 2 on the other (our teenage girls are small). Waited a full hour. Watched them set booth after booth after booth! Finally got a table. Ordered our food only for my husbands plate to never come. Waiter said another waiter took it and that they were making another plate. After waiting another 30 minutes his plate was brought. By this time the rest of us have finished our food.
