This is truly Texas. The food is top-notch delicious, and the staff treats everyone like family. Only open weekends, but fortunately, they also sell take-out by the pound.

If you’re ever in the Palestine area, make sure you stop by Rump’s! Everything from their fried fish combo to their turkey and sides are all delicious. I went there 2 nights in a row while visiting the area and can’t wait to come back!
