"Rustica Balery is a delightful bakery. I have been to their Minneapolis bakery a few times, and just moved near the Edina location. I tried a few items: the honey lavender latte was nice, as well as the pastry I got, and a quiche. They have a wide variety of seasonal coffees and pastries. A few things keeping this review from 5 stars- I was underwhelmed by the coffee. It was just okay. And next is the quiche. Don't get me wrong, it was tasty, but I was shocked when I opened to see how small it was with the dressed greens. (Pictures below, smaller than my hand for a slice)For 12$, I'll stick to the quiche from down the road. The dressed greens were wet in olive oil, no lemon, salt or pepper....

Could do with a little more cosyness, a few armchairs or couches would be good. But service, food, and coffee is great!

Great atmosphere and staff was great to us. Espresso comes with a small glass of sparkling water which is a perfect European blend.

The pastries were awesome, if a little expensive. However, the hot chocolate was flavorless and disappointing. The place is clean, but very echoey.
