"This is for take out. I am really disappointed. I drove 15-20 mins out of my way. I called and specifically asked for extra hoisin and sriracha over the phone for my to go, for my large pho and rolls.They literally gave me 3 packets. I'm really upset, when I called back they only apologized and tried to blame the guy who ordered the phone.Not only was the order $21 I also tipped generously in cash to be disappointed. Nice time check your bag before you leave!"

Authentic Vietnamese food good service. Food is a bit pricey and the portion size isn’t great. Nice to try at least once but would probably not return.

This place never fails!! Everything is made fresh!! Their Pho is one of the best I have had in the southbay!! Friendly staff!!Parking: Multiple parking spots!!

The food here was fantastic! The Phö really matches our homemade recipe so it definetely hit the spot. The service is instant and the atmosphere is very calming. 10/10 would come again ?Food: 5/5

"Gaetano's is the best Italian restaurant in the South Bay. The food is always excellent. The specials are interesting and delicious. "Fantastic place. The calamari is perfectly battered and tender, and the hint of wine in the mussels really make the appetizer memorable; we had to ask for more bread just for that sauce. Handmade pastas are so delicious. We had lasagna, the bolognese and the strozzapreti. They are flavorful, rich and comforting and you can’t stop smiling as you eat them. All the dishes are prepared with great detail. We also had the pana cotta, tiramisu and cheesecake for dessert. The wait staff are friendly and professional. They would be a top contender if there is such a competition. I have no idea why this place doesn’t have a Michelin star; it should."

"Absolutely delicious food. I've been there multiple times and everything I've eaten has been amazing. Staff is always happy, helpful, and courteous even when I bring three kids under 4 with me. Great place and I highly recommend!!"

"Went to the store to purchase fresh coffee beans. Most of the stock was from two or three weeks ago. They do get a fresh shipment every Wednesday, but the barista would not make the effort to locate the new produce. They preferred to refund me my money instead of opening up a fresh bag since it would ruin the experience for other customers. Said I should coordinate with the manager so I can get fresh coffee. Alfred Peet's would be very disappointed with this response, the refund and a customer having to leave without the fresh coffee they are suppose to be selling. Barista needs to be trained to help customers find the freshes coffee and have the best experience. Manager needs to learn how to order and reduce the coffee stock. The over ordering has coffee that is three weeks old on the floor."

"Longtime customer. I used to love their Teri deluxe combo with the salad, but I found a fly in the salad. Low and behold another person had the same problem 7 months ago. It took two phone calls and coming back in to the store to get a full refund. No I don’t want a voucher for a free chicken salad that I just found a fly in but a full refund. Horrible customer service. The kids at the front are always nice and friendly but management get your act together"
