I was worried I wouldn't like the maple balsamic combo but it was perfectly balanced. The kids mac and cheese was unbelievable. Wanted to take a day trip from Chicago just to have dinner. Salt of the Earth was highly recommended by friends who live in Saugatuck. It certainly did not disappoint! It was a phenomenal meal.
