"This establishment is one of the reasons black owned businesses have a bad rep! Everytime I go here (not often) there is an issue! The customer service is horrible, today the young man working watched my son and I walk in, didn't greet us, didn't askif he could help us or anything, he walked to the back and didn't return for at least 10 minutes! An order was placed for a Whiting dinner. They only cook food per order. The food was well worth waiting for. It was soooo good, delicious, tasty, not too salty, seasoned just right!.

The chicken wings were disappointingly small for $1.99 each, but the fries were delicious, similar to McDonald's fried okra. The food overall was tasty, but the small wings were hard to overlook. The service was quick and efficient, perfect for a takeout lunch. The price per person ranged from $10 to $20. Overall, I would give the food a rating of 4, the service a 5, and the atmosphere a 4.

wow, I have to say 5 stars were an understatement! we ordered for my father repast and everything was delicious! hot, on time ready for the pickup accompanied by big employees. the mac and the cheese were slap (only yesterday after the child's lap with this handle started) green and green beans were perfectly cooked and well seasoned. the fish was tasteful and fresh no seasoning required. brander himself and the family were pleasantly impressed and we will be back.
