I just tried every dish on the menu and I don't understand how people can say it's bad. If you want Mexican food, take it to Rojas. The owner Lee Jorgenson created the recipes for each dish himself with knowledge of traveling through the southwest and lots of research. This is one of my favorite repairs. It's a common birthday dinner destination. The margaritas are the best I had in Washington and the food is wonderful. I have a hard time venting from the crab of Chimichanga, which is always great, but everything else on the menu was also amazing. I recommend San Carlos!

It's the best Mexican on BI. The drinks are great. If you can get a peach margarita in summer, you will be very happy. The chips are great. The Burritos and Fajitas are my favorite. It's a cool place run by really great people. It's not cheap, but it's not a place on Bainbridge. They won't be disappointed.

We stopped here with friends. My wife had the Mesquite Smoked Chicken Sour Cream Enchiladas with goat cheese and loved it. I had the Grilled Steak and goat cheese Enchiladas and loved it too. Our friends both had the Black Bean Garlic Smoked Chicken Breast, which they both had before, and really loved them. We also had three desserts to finish, Homemade Key Lime Pie, Decadent Dark Chocolate Torte and House Specialty Flan, all really good. The service corresponded to the quality of food, so we were all happy. They calculate Bainbridge prices that are higher than other areas, but this is to be expected.
