"I'm giving a 3 instead of a 1 because the location seemed to be having some staffing issues the day I went. Me and my family (4 of us) went for lunch inside. Ordered at the kiosk. Order took 10+ minutes to make. We didn't have a huge order, but like I said they seemed short staffed. Got our food, we had no straws for the drinks, had to get up and find straws. Sat back down to realize I didn't have a fork for my bun-less burger (gluten sensitive). I got up to look if they had any out to grab, I couldn't find them. An employee was cleaning up out in the dining area and I asked them if they had any forks where I could grab one. He said go ask the person at the counter. I stood there and no one seemed to notice I was there. The person I asked about the fork then walked past me and into the back and started talking with another staff member. Nothing about me needing a fork. He then grabbed his coat and left his shift, me still standing there. I stood there for at least 5 more minutes before someone said oh your order will be right up to which I corrected them that I just needed a fork. She looked at her station and drive thu, no forks. She had someone go in back to grab more. They didn't have any. Didn't have any knives either. So I asked for a spoon so I could eat my burger patty with something besides my hands. I understand in this industry these sort of things happen so I wasnt greatly bothered. The employee that helped me by telling me to go ask at the counter, that then walked by me still waiting and then just got his coat and left after chatting for a couple minutes did bother me. That is just poor customer service. He couldn't be bothered to make sure that I was helped at all."

"Food is amazing and for a decent price. Portions are big so that you are definitely worth your money. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. This is a new favorite place. My friend Vanessa made me do this and I'm grateful forever. You have not only sushi, what my husband hates, but steak and chicken. It's not just what you think. Many people think sushi when they hear Japanese cuisine. But it's much more than that. And so delish! 5 stars safe!! Mmmmm! Oh and fried rice is actually real roasted rice, with egg and everything. Omg, huge bunch of it and so delicious! A must try!"
