"I had nothing but EXCELLENT service from this Schlotzsky's and her food is very good! The place is super clean and the employees work very hard to get your order out as soon as possible without impairing quality! As an ex-military I looked after details and I couldn't find anything wrong with this store! You also have a great outdoor terrace to dinate!"

I was here this week. I like the changes that have been made. The facility is welcoming. I like the furniture on the outside terrace too. Very nice!!! As always, the staff was very kind with their greetings as I went in and took the time to say thank you and a good day as I left. I love this place.

"Visiting Austin on vacation and my friend brought me to this restaurant but neglected to tell me that the employees were Deaf or were fluent in sign language. As an interpreter I was thrilled to know we were supporting a Deaf owned business and employees. I was having a hard time deciding and the cashier helped me make a decision on the chicken basil pesto and holy moly was she right it was delicious. I had never had a savory crepe only sweet crepes for breakfast or dessert. I can't wait to go back one more time before I leave to try their dessert crepes. "My opinion the tortilla soup has to much spices. The service was ok. I asked for a drink they came 20 minutes after. The manager was great he was friendly courteous I think his name is Rudyn, the environment was fantastic they sat us outside got to hear some group playing. "We had the gorditas, the pibil, and the mole with duck. The first two dishes were quite unremarkable beyond the high quality masa in the gorditas and tortillas. Unfortunately, they seem to think that all you need are two tortillas to polish off a full entree. The mole itself was quite good dark, deep, rich and layered. The duck was well cooked and was almost too rich a pairing for the sauce. Make sure you get at least one additional order of tortillas, because they definitely won't give you enough to make it through the meal"
