"I heard about this hot pot restaurant from a co-worker so I wanted to give it a try. My girlfriend and I came to Seapot on a weeknight so it was not busy. I like the idea of a conveyor belt to deliver your food it was kind of like you would find at a sushi boat restaurant. The food were in small dishes and thus in small portions so we can try basically everything. The have a variety of foods to cook and my girlfriend likes the Chinese fried bread. The meats the staff brought them to our table. We had our own hot pot but we could also share. The staff were very attentive to our needs and collected the empty food dishes. I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant during their soft opening. The service staff was fantastic and the food was delicious. I can't wait to return with friends, family, and guests from all over the world. I thoroughly enjoyed my dinner and will definitely be back.
