Thin but soft Italian style pizza best. The thinness of the crust was so that I could eat a whole pizza without a problem (about 12?. The pine nut really liked taste and meat selection. The Cannoli was also great.

More like 3.5. Taste of the pizza was good, but dang did it come out fast and barely cooked! I've never had a brick oven pizza that was cooked so lightly and was so flimsy. Crust was as soft as a microwave pizza. I saw another come out that looked a bit more cooked, but I swear I got it pizza it in less than 10 minutes from when I ordered, so they need to slow down and make sure the pizza is actually cooked and not almost still dough (that's what I'm calling it :

Settebello is the most authentic Italian pizzeria in Salt Lake with the freshest pizza. While on the higher price of personal pizzas, the authentic and imported ingredients from Italy are worth every penny. The pizzas have the most robust tomato flavor ever, the dough and the crust are crisp and incredible, and each topping is a perfect pairing. The classic and self-titled Settebello Pizza is the best. The Emilia is a tight second with a fantastic Italian cream-based sauce.
