they can say it's new because they have a lot of effort in what they do. I hope it's still like that. the service was wonderful, eating was great, and they really want to have a good time. south miami needs it urgently. good luck!

sim has a very good choice of tapas, roll, and tempts to choose. the taste and preparation of food is excellent. the tapas are a little expensive for the portion sizes, but overall good. the service was excellent; even though they constantly chase to get the dishes they're done. the music was also a little loud. I would recommend sim sushi and tapas!
