"I wanted to try The Skinny Pancake as a breakfast option on this trip (there was a location very close to our Airbnb) but since I saw that pretty much the only option to eat at the airport was The Skinny Pancake, we decided to get to the airport a bit early and try it on our way home. Delicious crepe!!! I went for a slightly savory choice and was impressed with how well rounded the flavors are. The small side salad was lovely. Didn't expect much from the latte, but it packed a punch.

By itself, the crepe I had was four-star flavor-worthy. The Heartbreaker was a delicious combo of strawberries and bananas covered in melty Nutella, and it was delicious. But the speed of service and portion size were poor enough to knock my rating down to two stars. For one not-so-bIg crepe, it took the staff nearly half an hour to prepare it, and it cost roughly $13. Again, I liked the flavor, but would probably avoid the airport location next time and the stress of having to board a plane at a specific time.

My only question is how does this not have 5 stars???!? This cute little crape shop is a perfect way to start the travel day!! The service was so kind and personable I enjoyed the people working as much as I did the delicious crapes! I would say when it comes to good breakfast coffee I am hard to please but their black coffee was a perfect addition to sip on between layers of sweet crape!
