"I ordered the item featured on the poster, but instead received a different one. I paid a total of $14.21 for my order, which included ice cream and whipped cream, but there was no brownie in the brownie sundae. I was very disappointed. To make matters worse, the gentleman taking my order had to come back three times to clarify my selection. I've had excellent service here in the past, but this visit was not the same. Just to clarify, there were three items in my order, not just the one that was pictured."

"Wow, this place was amazing. We usually go to Hacienda in Brannon Crossing, but they had a long wait last Friday. That was the best thing that could happen because we discovered this place. Absolutely delicious, wonderful service and around clean atmosphere and environment. I can't wait to go back. This is absolutely worth an 8-10-minute drive Brannon crossing."

"The brisket was delicious as always, but the chips were missing when my order was delivered. I called Firehouse, and the woman I apologized and said it was her fault not to put her in the pocket. She was very nice about it and took responsibility that is rare nowadays. I said I would pick her up and she had a bag with the chips and Rice Krispie treats and a cookie prepared for the kids. I thought that was a good customer service. Errors happen, but how to fix them makes such a difference!"

"Went through this Sonny’s a couple of weeks ago. I had an issue with my Sandwich. I commented to the Company website. Within a day, I got two calls from this Restaurant (I assume Mgrs) telling me they were sorry and they dropped the ball. I highly recommend eating at this Sonny’s. They took full responsibility and went way above and beyond in how they fixed my issue. I guarantee, if I lived in that area I would be a regular. I have always loved Sonny’s BBQ but this is how you keep business."
