wonderful food and great people! brisket burger is from the charts. hands down best burger around East Texas. can wait to try more eating on their menu.

we finally managed to do it here before everything was sold and it was not disappointed. the brisket and ribs were excellent and the owner, his family and the staff were helpful and super friendly. we will definitely come back.

another great lunch in smoak town. the slim braut is the best thing I've ever eaten. the combination of bark, taste, smoke and texture put these at the top. for a healthier option, the truthahn is equally good. today we also enjoyed the Macn cheese, saw mais and kartoffel salad. for the serious BBQ people....You really need to try smoak town.
