Smoke Shack Bbq - Menü

Stopped in today, got Buffalo mac and cheese was very average, but for the 21 dollar price I was far from impressed and was expecting it to be a lot better. I could have gotten the BBQ it probably would angels been much better.

This was probably some of the worst BBQ that I have ever had. I got a two meat plate with brisket and sausage, with mac and cheese and cole slaw for sides. There was a piece of cornbread also included. The brisket was so dry it was inedible unless you put a ton of sauce on it. The sausage was super dry as well, which is odd cause, well, its sausage. It had OK flavor, but wasn't great. The mac and cheese was flavorless, and the cole slaw tasted like it was fresh from the back of a sysco truck. The cornbread was probably the highlight of the meal, but probably cause I smothered it in butter, and anything is good when its smothered in butter. All of this cost over $40 with an iced tea.

I'm very very pleased with the food. This is my first time I've eaten here. I cannot believe that you're saying it's Carolina BBQ. Your barbecue is not drowned in sauce. Your flavors stand on their own much like Texas barbecue. Add your own barbecue sauce.. like I said I am very very pleased with your product. And of course I would have to say it's almost as good as mine! But it didn't take me 16 hours to cook it. LOL good job. I will be back. This is a really good find.
