I just finished life, I totally understood that the staff has gone back, but at least acknowledge that I am here and take my order because everything I needed was ice. I ordered a footlong chili cheese Coney at the drive-thru. After paying and waiting for a few minutes, they returned and informed me they were out of chili. Why would they be out? Rating: 1 out of 5 for food.

It was truly an unexpected experience at Sound Drive restaurant. I was hoping for better hospitality, but unfortunately we were rudely dismissed. I was dining with my friend, and even though the food was not delicious, we decided to leave with our purchase instead of returning it. I wish the experience had been better and that we had received better treatment.

Since the new staff took over, this place has greatly improved. They are attentive to the needs of the customers and they genuinely care about providing a great dining experience. The gentleman with the Mario hat (I apologize for not remembering his name) always has a smile to share and a creative spirit. My only suggestion would be to change the oil for fried foods more frequently.
