Update: After several rounds with sonic customer service, I was told that my only recourse was to dispute the charges with my bank. While the dispute was finally successful, what a crazy way to treat customers. Not the fault of this restaurant and the burgers are good. Enough to come back."

The writer was very helpful and friendly. He apologized for the delay when we had our order within five or so minutes. Lmao. How stupid.

I am surprised by the number of negative comments. I'll come here once a week to bite myself at the discharge. I never had a mix with my order. Love the bkfst Burritos, foot lengths and especially the green Chili Cheeseburger. Even dead. I think the expectations of some people are something too high for such a place.
