"We were traveling from Nashville area to East TN I was running out of steam so I did a quick search for coffee Soul Craft popped up. We were traveling the interstate this was a bit further off our path than I would have preferred but it was so worth the extra time to get there. (Really not that far from the interstate I refuse to stop at the big chain coffee places) I don 't like overly sweet coffee since I actually enjoy the flavor coffee has on it 's own and this place did not disappoint! Just the right amount of sweetness from their house made syrups ?. Will definitely take the small detour to visit them again.
