"I was taken here by my colleagues whilst attending a trade fair at the Hannover Messe. The restaurant was very busy with a variety of different group sizes, so there was a very good atmosphere. The food on offer is traditional southern German based around...Spatzle (German egg noodles). For starters I had Potato and Carrot soup which was slightly spiced and served with German bread. For main I had vegetable Spatzle with Turkey in a gorgonzola sauce. The two courses were very good. I enjoyed the noodles and would recommend the Spatzle Haus to anyone visiting Hannover."

It is a beautiful location near the Great Garden. The young employees are very friendly and committed. They serve excellent dishes with fresh ideas. And it's far beyond late.

immer extrakarte, ich habe speisen erlebt, genossen, die ich sonst nicht gehabt hätte. service immer freundlich. man bekommt auch kleine portionen, was in 98% der restaurants nicht der fall ist

In a quiet street hidden behind some hedges is this relaxed place where you can sit in and out. The kitchen is very german with spatzle (egg-based noodles) with all kinds of side-dishes. The food is really good and tasteful. Portions are good with the... possibility to get some moore noodles and sauce for the big eaters! Surely a place where we'll come back. Payment was quite difficult, but in the end it worked well.
