"Every sign and decoration in this location says the chowder is good and caution, you may become addicted. After a few less-than-stellar food experiences in Bodega over the past couple days, I was HIGHLY skeptical of this restaurant 's claims. There is a line, always, as far as I can tell until the very end of the day. The hours are early morning for fresh raw fish/seafood and midday until 4 or 5pm in the afternoon for served meals. We drove by at noon to a line around the corner and down the street. We came back at 3pm after a hike to a much shorter, but still wrapped around the shed, line. Awesome spot near the bay! Seats outside create a fun environment. We only got the clam chowder at our daughter's suggestion (it was snack time lol) and it was yummy. Next time I definitely want to try the crab sandwich too. The line moved quick so don't let that deter you and the service was friendly too.

Wow. Just.. Wow. Absolutely amazing!! I'm a Monterey Bay native and Monterey clam chowder snob, I've always claimed that my hometown area has the BEST clam chowder. I've been proven wrong in the most delicious way possible. Our clam chowder and crab sandwich were so insanely yummy, we had to grab another round for our trip home to enjoy later! I also had to grab a hat to represent my newfound love out in Bodega Bay. Thank's everyone for the yumminess!!!
