Stack 571 Burger And Whiskey

Great selection of Whiskey and some fantastic beers as well. Was here tonight at a networking event and the atmosphere is welcoming, the vibe is relaxed and its clear they make some fun dishes. The pour is enough to delight the discerning aficionado but not so much that the owner would lose his/her mind. Updated spherical cubes and adhered to some other old school whiskey statues and ordinances. The bartender was hilarious! Didn't catch his name but a Star Wars fanatic no doubt and all around good guy, made everyone in the group feel comfortable. Well done! Will be back for sure to try some more dishes!!

Had a date night with wife. She had the salmon sandwich and I had the triple something (it was spicy) and both had amazing flavor. I got a beyond burger because it was lent and the beyond burger was juicy and flavorful. I was surprised how good it was. It was perfect spicy, but I have a spicy pallet. The beer flight I got had delicious beers and the huckleberry drink was delicious. Buffalo calamari too! Fantastic spot. We will definitely eat here again. People were wearing masks and not, but nobody seemed to be judging anyone else, which was awesome to see. The server Sterling rocked!!! Loved it. Wish there was a 6th star.

This place used to be really good when it first opened but now has gotten really bad. I just received a salad that STUNK like old rotten lettuce and the tomatoes and corn were clearly spoiled. The corn was shriveled. Is a spoiled salad not considered a health violation? The waffle fries were clearly cooked in old oil and were extremely crunchy. The onion rings used to be my favorite and you get half the amount you used to (my order just have 4 in it). Burgers are meh, but used to be delicious. I would never let food of that quality leave my restaurant. The salad was unsafe to eat and we had to throw the whole thing away. For a $12-$14 salad? No thanks. Disappointing how places are only good...
