"I have often said that next to nothing on Fenton's menu appeals to me, but tonight they listed a special that sounded so tempting: pulled pork w/ barbecue sauce, mac cheese, and collard greens. Any other time I have had pulled pork--at other restaurants--the meat was smallish shreds of the most tender pork, no need for a knife! Fenton's pork was in HUGE CHUNKS, which I had difficulty cutting, even using a steak knife! The first two bites I tried were so tough, I had to discretely spit into a paper napkin, for fear of choking if I had tried to swallow. It's a good thing I had my own leftover barbecue sauce at home, because what I was given were a few skimpy dribs and drabs of sauce over a pile of tough pork that looked like the HULK had torn it off the bone in 1/4-lb. hunks! The Mac Cheese was undercooked, and very bland. The collard greens only tasted ok after I added lemon juice. I may start my own support group Beware Awful Repasts Fenton !!!"
