"I placed an order 5 minutes before I arrived at Kroger. I went in, filled a prescription and walked towards the Starbucks counter. No drink, no employees behind the counter. A young guy with glasses sitting at the table eating tostino chips and wearing a plain black t-shirt said nothing to me and got up to make my drink. Said nothing to me while he made it and handed it to me silently. I get that you want to take a break or rest for a minute, but at least acknowledge me. Terrible! For the price the coffee should at least be decent and it wasn't drinkable. Never again.

We were about to order and my husband was told that he couldn't add sweet cream foam to his hot latte drink because it will melt. We agreed that we know but that's what she want but the employee refused to take our order at all. She said Starbucks can't do that and refused our order. We had to leave there to come across the street to get our order from the separate Starbucks.
