"Digging the new kiosk. When it was busy, I could see how the line could actually slow down. With one person, I can tell them I just want a burger with ketchup. Now I have to log in, take a picture of a QR code or continue as a guest and then click through the menu. It's not a rocket science, but I can see where it would take a while to get through a bigger order. That said the food was fantastic as usual. We were there twice in the last 6 months with great experiences both times. The manager always talks to you and ensures that everything is good and he brings out the food. Not sure if they do that when it's really busy. The only thing I would say is that they should make it look more open...

After reopening, changes were made to the functioning. When you arrive, order your meal from a kiosk, take your drink from a self-service machine, and then take a seat. If your food is ready, someone will deliver it to your table. That was very efficient! The manager was also concerned with human control. We're so happy to have SnS back!

That was the second time we didn't eat at this Battle Creek. I must say that the people who work here must be some of the most beautiful in the world. I'll be back alone. Both times I was here, her food was very solid. It's a great place for a pretty good burger. Oh, and their shakes are very good. I got the Reese Peanut Butter Cup one and man is so good.
