"It was a completely new experience that they no longer have waitress you go into and they have set up about five or six kiosks to look like huge tablets you pay your order for your food you put yourself, and then your number is called, then go up and you get your food and drinks and enjoy your meal. I hope that some of the other steak and shakes sites around us at least do so so that we still have their food for most of them, they are all closed, but we went into us some of our favorite meals Frisco Sandwiches Pommes and some milkshakes."

Just a great fast food experience. Super courteous staff, simple order, reasonable prices given recent inflation. And the Burger toppings were so fresh. Not the fat burger balls they used. Hopefully they keep the quality up!

As I came in. Enjoy the self-serving kiosk system. Food was served quickly and fresh as well as good tasting. I was also checked to make sure everything was okay with my order. I was skeptical about Steak n' Shake and it's menu changes so far. They seemed to rationalize things as it was done earlier and it worked.

This is the best steak and shake experience I had in a very long time. The new kiosk ordering system and the self-service beverage area are so much better. Food came from prompt, correct and tasty. I hope all steak and shake locations follow this format. The manager Karen is super sweet, attentive and ingenious. Get out of the way to get back to this place. A!
