excellent eating, precision service, beautiful setting. I would highly recommend this restaurant while on st. kitts in the beautiful park hyatt hotel to visit.

we enjoyed the seven cursor meal with wine pairing. every cure was delicious and innovativ and the wine was spectacular! the service was also completely on the point. it is a beautiful restaurant and would highly recommend if they travel to st kitts!

eating was very good. unfortunately the service was missing. quite ignored by the employees during the courses. the courses also arrived sporadic, with some long wait and carousel people who bring them out. in any case not the kind of service they would expect for a restaurant this supposed caliber.
