"The staff at the counter were fantastic. They placed my sandwich and a napkin in a bag, and then the manager came over and offered to cover my payment. After ringing me up, she reached into my pocket and rewrapped my sandwich. Initially, I thought she had an extra napkin because I saw her hands on one, but I later realized that she had taken the napkin from my pocket and tossed it aside, tearing it up before handing me the bag. To make matters worse, she wasn’t wearing gloves when she did this."

it is a good place that the staff was beautiful, but very slow and took some time to process.

I placed an online order for pickup, but when I got home, the orders were completely wrong. One sandwich had extra toppings that I didn't request, while another sandwich was missing the toppings I had paid for. When I asked for a refund for the extra toppings or for a gift card as compensation, I was told they didn't know how to process that and that there was no supervisor available to assist.
