"Update: Still give it 1 star. I ordered on the app and made all of the subs I ordered meals and chose bottled drinks as the drinks. I get there to pick up my order and the cashier goes there's your cups I said I ordered bottled drinks and go to grab them from the cooler and she said no, bottled drinks don't come with the meal deal, so I didn't grab them and I said well the app let me do it. She says let me ask my manager and she's like yeah they don't come in the meals, so I showed them on the app where I ordered bottled drinks and not fountain drinks. And the manager goes yeah they need to fix that. So I grabbed the bottles out of the cooler and the cashier says like oh you paid 2.70 or wh...

I went to this subway because it is closer to my work and I was on a quick lunch break. Upon arriving the doors were locked the open sign was on but there was nobody behind the counter there was bell with a sign saying “ring for assistance.” The new temporary hours posted on the door stated they were open 10-6 today it was 2:15 when I arrived.

I worked in the city center today and stopped in this subway and I was so impressed by the young girl working there. There were at least 6 people there, and she had me out there in about ten minutes. Her name was Yamie. She was the only employee in the whole building and she was on the spot with her job. This woman deserves a better position with this company. Your attitude was amazing!
