"My wife and I fled to our 29th. Anniversary of the Catskills. We made reservations at Solaia for our anniversary dinner. We started ordering cocktails. My Manhattan was pure perfection. My wife's Vodka Collins was here. We chose the roasted artichoke hearts as an appetizer. (Pic 1) It comes with 3 on the plate. I've never seen how they served. It presented beautiful and this dish was amazing!!! For dinner I ordered the Grilled Scallops over Fatuccini. (Pic 2) The scallops were juicy and perfectly cooked. Fatuccini was great. There was so much taste in this dish that I was sad to see that it was gone...ok, sworn. I ordered the Tiramisu for dessert. (Pic 3) This was one of the best I ever had. It was so delicious and light. If you find yourself in the Catskills, you're safe and make reservations in Solaia. (Pic 4) The food is amazing, the atmosphere is beautiful, and the service is simply excellent."

"Ordered pizza and wings as I was visiting kitrite water park and wanted good pizza. Found this one on goggle search and unfortunately the reviews didn’t match up to the expectations. Pizza was salty and the wings were fried to hard. The reviewers clearly haven’t had good pizza and wings before."

"Really fantastic diner and a jewel of a facility in the Sullivan district. They are family friendly and always fulfill our desire for great food. Great fan of their specialties and various dishes such as sandwiches and salads. Bonus tip- her milkshake is one of the best I had at a diner. Waiters always smile and kindly, Chico the cook and owner brings great care into this business. It always feels good to support a place with love that is put into it in this way. Huge thumbs always. Thanks guys for all these years great service and food."

"After a less than pleasant stay at Days Inn in Freedom, my friend and I had a wonderful meal at this restaurant. The service was excellent, the food was from this world and the portions are so great that you have leftovers that taste just as good the next day. Crystal waited for us and was happy to tell us about their small town of Monticello. That would definitely be one of my regular restaurants if I lived in this area."

"4 stars because I waited 35min for my food and had to wait an additional 20min in line with costumers that where ordering as well to pick up my food. It was paid for so why wait in the line where people were ordering at? Food taste good but was getting cold while waiting to pick up, smh."
