"Very disappointing. The young staff in the FOH were working as hard as they could with no direction, noted in the service score. The food was poorly prepared and uninteresting. The menu represented either a menu created by a chef who retired twenty years ago, with no updates or training for the kitchen or someone totally untrained. The heirloom pork tenderloin was cooked well done, the salmon was overcooked, the stuffed chicken was a dried out chicken sausage next to an over smoked thigh. Salads were basic, roasted carrots drowning in poorly prepared yogurt. Edible yes, worthy of eating or the Wyndham name absolutely not. A sad story for a graduation celebration."

We found this restaurant a very pleasant place to dine. We were staying at the hotel this time but will certainly return at times when we are not. They had a modest size menu which had a great selection. Our two items were absolutely fantastic. Taste, presentation, and value were all there. We will definitely visit the next time we are in town

Tried this restaurant since we were staying at the hotel and had eaten at a few of the downtown restaurants before. We were a party of five and the restaurant had very few filled tables. That being said , it took about 90 minutes to get our dinners. The service was incredibly slow, even our drink orders. One hostess, one server, one bartender—probably very few in kitchen! Once we got our food—-it was very good but not a place I’d return to until the service gets a lot better!

My husband I stopped at the Hotel Retlaw for an overnight on the way to Chicago. We decided to try the hotel restaurant, Table One. We could not have been more satisfied with our choice. We both had smoked Manhattans, brought tableside for preparation. They were superb. The charcuterie board was made with locally sourced cheeses our server was kind enough to find out where we could find them. Our meals were fantastic: tasty, perfectly portioned some of the best we've had this trip. We plan on returning to this beautiful hotel enjoying another meal at Table One!
