My wife ordered a grilled cheese burrito with chicken...and got some other burrito loaded with lettuce...the one thing at Taco Bell she refuses to eat.

"Went for brunch with a big group and was worried they wouldn't have space for us. The place looks small on the outside, but you go in, and it's huge. The breakfast was fantastic and the service was good. Price wise, I can't be mad. It was reasonable."

"Never get an order right. No ketchup on a cheeseburger but everything else was okay, burger came out plain. No pickles or mustard on a mcdouble, burger came out with pickles and 90% of the ketchup was on the paper. We had already came back inside after going through the drive thru once because they'd forgotten an order of our fries so we weren't going back again. And it was a manager who handed it out the window and told me everything was there when I had asked but clearly it wasn't there or correct! Rang up correctly but made completely wrong! How hard is it to read a screen? Mornings are usually right but in the afternoon/evening the orders are always incorrect. Will just come for breakfast or order in the app from now on.
