"I ordered food from them through door dash and I didn’t even receive all my food. I called them and they said they can’t give me a refund or give me my food if I dont come to the store and cut the call on me 2 times. If I could come to the store I would have door dashed my food. I payed for the food and didn’t even receive it all. This isn’t even the only time this has happened to me. Before they either get my order wrong and don’t give me everything I ordered then I would have to go all the way back from home to get my Oder right again. Honestly aren’t paying attention every time some goes wrong with my order when I order from Taco Bell. TBH they don’t even deserve a 1 star?"

Ordered doordash, took forever to be made, went through a few dashers. Final dasher came employee said someone picked up the ordered already. But ordered on DD had showed saying ordered is still being prepared, never completed. Pretty much they lied that they even made it. Got a refund. Went ahead tried again to reordered, waited a while to get a call they are having issues and ordered was canceled.

Saturday Nov 26 2022 around 11pm. Been waiting 44 minutes and counting since ordering. Multiple people who ordered after me asked for a refund and were told no because it would make everyone else 's orders take even longer. Can 't even blame them since it 's 2 workers running a busy drive thru and lobby on a Saturday night. Just close the store if you don 't have staff ffs. Would have gone somewhere else but now trapped waiting and no time for refunds for anyone apparently..
