Went in today, expecting the same service I always get. The food was good but the customer service was terrible. The hostess/waitress was so rude and acted short with us. So disappointed

I really want to be fair. The staff seems nice and the wait time was reasonable; sadly the two meals ordered were just ok...beans were literally brown water...rice was cold; these should be perfect all the time.

"Food is fresh and delicious. Gelato is also great. They change out menu items, so there's something new to try. I travel for work and I never know what to expect when trying a local restaurant, but very glad I went here. Recommend for anyone new to Hermiston and not sure what to try. Will be back. Also, it can be a little hard to locate because it is towards the back of the shopping center. I have returned a year later for work and this place has only gotten better! Came back again on business years later. Still great at the new location! Happy to see this business growing. I love that the menu changes often. New coffee bar was great. Staff very helpful. Brought co-workers for the first time and they loved it too."

"Customer service for us was A . I and my family stayed overnight in Hermiston, and the pizza was the dinner by voice. We ordered a hula, a Pepperoni Lovers, and two orders of crazy bread from the app of Little Caesar while we still drive. The pizza was faster than expected. We were greeted when entering the store, asked if we had everything we ordered and needed, and then thanked for the order of Little Ceasar. This kind of service is what makes a lifelong customer when we live in Hermiston! Our food was piping hot, cooked for perfection, and absolutely delicious. We ended the night we would have ordered a third pizza!!! Great work from 9/12 evening staff at Little Caesar's in Hermiston, Oregon."

"Visited La Palma for dinner last night and will certainly be back. It is far from the best Mexican food I had, but it is well rounded and can be the best seat for Mexican food in Hermiston. The Mol Enchiladas were uniquely good in taste, but the sauce was not as thick as I used to. The frogs were crispy, the chicken was not dry and the guacamole was freshly tasting and complemented them well. The best part was that La Palma with such excessive inflation remained at most prices around $10-$12 for these dishes. My one real complaint is that the rice was disappointing with solid taste, but some dry or undercooked grains thrown out of the whole dish when I met them. My impression was that it wasn't fresh and probably reheated and was old rice. My experience was between 3 and 4 stars, but with better rice that could have pressed 5 stars."
