"To start off I had put a reservation a week in advance and had arrived at the place early to let them know I have a reservation in an hour. The person there told me it would be ready the moment I would get there. When I arrived back I had to wait an extra 30 min after my reservation. If we were to arrive late they had my card on file and would’ve charged me 15 per person. Why even have reservations if you can’t even do it correctly. I was then sat by the restroom and asked if I could go to another seat keep in mind it was just a party of 2 my girlfriend and I. I do have to say the tea it’s self was delicious but was served in a broken tea cup. When the food came out I was pretty disappointe...

Wow just amazing from being greeted , food, service, drinks prices!!the place was beautiful our waitress Raul Vivian were top tier made us feel like at home. I definitely will be coming back!

I had my baby shower here, and it's was perfect! The food, the service, the server, the management(Francesca), everything was perfect! I've been here several times before, and it's always been a great experience!

It is a pretty tea house, lots of beautiful china and displays, because the weather temperature was high I enjoyed a wonderful Arnold Palmer with assorted scones and mini sandwiches, I highly recommend this place!

"Family-run joint so I really don’t want to write this but I have to after what happened here…The older grey-haired woman who co-owns the place works here is super rude.Disrespects customers.Bad vibes all-around.So I was going here about once a week for 4-5 months, spending 1.5-2 hrs each time working with my laptop.Then one day I ordered my coffee and was working on my laptop.Out of the blue the shorter male owner told me to leave because I needed to order 1 drink an hour to stay.Insane. "I took my husband here as a surprise for our anniversary. It was our first time in this location but we've been to the one in Turkey. I called in ahead of time to let them know we'll be there for our anniversary and asked if they do anything. The person on the one stated we bring out a premium dessert to you and our servers will over to say Happy Anniversary. I asked if he could notate it on the reservation and he said he would. We had our dinner and they brought out the dessert they have which is the bakhlava. Now being in the hospitality business and prior experiences, restaurants bring out the dessert complimentary when there's an occasion and that's what I understood from the host that answered the phone. Anyways, they brought out the check and charged us for the dessert. I kindly asked to speak with the manager, Lawrence and explained to him the sit and showed him the call on my phone. He left and checked with the person that answered the phone and stated that there was a misunderstanding and we don't offer complimentary dessert. Now as a courtesy and from such a high end restaurant, you would think they would go ahead and take care of the dessert as this is what was explained to me but he rudely refused. He was not polite or helpful whatsoever. I for sure will not be going to this location again and definitely don't appreciate how Lawrence the manager had treated us"

"what a fantastic restaurant. amazing location on the water. great view of the skyline. brilliant to see, yacht by or docking to let gastronomic moats leave. Eating is excellent. service is excellent. below- note that they are unhappy like us and have an unattended person smoking a zigarre throughout their entire meal! very unconsidered, especially because we certainly did nothing to negatively affect his culinary experience! oh, what goes around, does not blame the restaurants at all."

"I had been waiting for some time to try stone crab again and this restaurant did not disappoint very excellent !! The atmosphere and service in this restaurant are outstanding and very elegant without any attitude. From greeting to paying the bill, everything was well executed, properly paced and made us feel like valued customers. My wife’s branzino was excellent and the side dishes of asparagus and mashed potatoes were served in the center of the table to be shared. We even managed to save some room to share a slice of key lime pie. It was truly one of the better dining experiences we have had in some time. It is expensive but for us completely worth it. And the stone crab was exactly what I hoped it would be !!"
