"I have been visiting this restaurant whenever I find myself in DC over the past few years, and I must say that I am consistently impressed by the high quality of the food. There was too much grease in my food and not much protein… there was so much oil that it hardened in the car by the time I got home lol. Flavor only ok

I've had the hummus and red lentil soup from Tempo the Casual Eatery. Both were excellent and had a delicious homemade taste. The red lentil soup is definitely comfort food. I will definitely be back!

The red lentil soup and hummus are both incredible. The soup is so full of flavors and just the right texture, I had to have two servings. The owner, Ugor, is a treat to speak with about his restaurant and clearly has a passion for bringing joy to his customers through the food he prepares. So delicious!
