The best rice noodles in the Houston. My favorite is the green pepper fish favor, it has a variety of ingredients,includes fish,ham,half of egg, lettuce ,ear wood mushrooms , corn,chives,tofu sponge,minced pork. It is a little bit spicy. My secondfavorite is the chicken soup one, they make chicken strip so tender and tastes.

The chicken broth rice noodle (R6) was good. Not much ingredient as compared to what?s shown on the menu. 4/5 The rice noodle with pickled green mustard and fish fillet (R8) was OK. Some of the green mustard chunks were hard. Not much ingredients that Ilike, not a fan of the bean sprouts. 3/5 I just felt that the similar restaurant in Katy offers more ingredients in theirnoodle soup as compared to this shop. I will make it a point to check this next time. The ones we tried in Katy are: The fishand green pepper rice noodle (R10) was our favorite! 5/5 The fish maw and chicken rice noodle (R11) was not bad. I ordered the fish maw old chicken soup rice noodle. The second picture is the menu they gave me, which shows a chicken leg and specific type of vegetables, so I ordered that pointing at the picture and asked for more of the veggies, again pointing at thepicture, and I was aware of the charge for additional veggie. The first pic shows the noodle i got, there is no chicken leg,they used some really blend tasting sliced chicken with some batter, the veggie is completely different from what the pictureshows.
