"The first time I went to a Jason's Deli was in Savannah GA. I was amazed by their super-sized baked potatoe. The salad was OK from what I remember. That was a few years ago. Today I decided to give it another try and went to this location. The place is very clean and the employees are nice. The ladies bathroom was not as clean because some people didn't flush and they peed on the seat! Gross. I ordered the Mesa Chicken Salad and The Plain Jane Potato. I forgot to ask for butter with my baked potato. Fortunately I got carryout and lot sticks of happy cow butter waiting for me at home. I got the lighter portion on both items. The baked potato definitely would have tasted better first baked... not after it was transported to home in the car. The salad was nothing special with very few chicken pieces. I was ok with that since I'm not a big meat eater. For what I got plus 20% tip, the total came to a little over $20. I guess the price is somewhat reasonable since I ordered 2 items plus tip. This is not high quality food but it is a nice change from the typical fast food. They have a salad bar, drink station and free soft serve ice cream. Bring your kids! My finicky dogs didn't want the food but were curious because the smelled the melted butter I added to the baked potato."

"My MILINCIANA A PARMIGIANA (Eggplant battered, fried and layered with tomato sauce and Parmigiano Reggiano baked with mozzarella, served with pasta) was 5 Stars excellent! One of the best eggplant parmigianas I've ever had, and the quantity was generous. The wait staff was 5 Stars very friendly and accommodating. The inner decor was 5 Stars, but the acoustics were terrible. It is a huge space with a high ceiling, and the 100 or so patrons on a Tuesday night created an noise level so high it was hard to talk to the person sitting across from you, much less sitting at the next table. I didn't mind the half hour wait for my food to come, but the high decibel level would make me think twice about going back there for supper. Lunch might be quieter."

"I had never tried this place, and now I will definitely be back! Service was very prompt as soon as we were seated, we had chips and salsa and waters within seconds. Our server, Freddy, was great. I used to be fluent in Spanish and I’m trying to get back to it, so I asked him if I could practice while I ordered and he was so patient : The food was really good and very filling. I could only eat 2 of my tacos, they were so stuffed full! The salsa had a good flavor, but it was a weird consistency, most of it was just juice and then some huge chucks of tomato and onion floating in it. The margarita was delicious but be warned! If you get a grande, make sure someone else drives home! Holy tequila. As we finished our food though, the staff swept in so quickly to grab not only our plates, but also the chips and salsa and any other side plates on the table without asking. I had a whole plate of guacamole, sour cream, and pico de gallo that I hadn’t touched and wanted to take home with the chips but they grabbed it so fast and left. So maybe guard anything you want to take to go ; Other than that, great experience."

"Great discovery! From the outside it looks like a chain restaurant, but when I saw it up there are only 3 of them in the area. The restaurant decoration was fun almost touristic hokey as I was in a Disney restaurant. To be honest, I was a little afraid that the food would be quite standard. But to say, we were pleasantly surprised, is an understatement. I had the fresh fish that was a Grilled Grouper over a cousin with peas and mushrooms with a small serving of Kale. The kale had a beautiful lite dressed on her with a sweet tomato chutney. At the table we also had the Sirloin Tips about Penne Pasta, in a light lime sauce. In one of the Sirloin tips, it raised me back to the flavors and went to our favorite local steakhouse for a special occasion. Both entrees were tasteful and perfectly cooked! Then we finished the meal with the white chocolate bread pudding, with vanilla ice cream. Probably one of the best bread puddings I've ever had! Bathroom: I was a little surprised that the bathrooms were of the old metal stands (with all the trouble in the restaurant decoration, I thought the stands were a little updated). The color scheme continued in the bathroom, but nothing exciting or unique. There is no whole mirror or a baby change station, but it was clean. leaving the bathroom, there are two doors to pull, so was grateful that there was a garbage container on the second door, so I could still use a paper towel to open it."
