"I reserved a table and went to the restaurant after I received the confirmation. The young black male at the door was informed of the reservation. He left and asked a waitress if we had a reservation. He came back and stated you don 't have a reservation. I showed him the app and confirmation and he laughed and stated we don 't do the app! then proceeded to seat other people in line. So if you use open table to book a table at TGI Fridays at gate C8 in DFW Airport , you will be ignored and laughed at by the wait staff."

This location does not accept reservations!! Other than that, the food was delayed in delivery. The site manager offered to order us two appetizers while we waited due to the inconvenience, but she didn't.

Tried my hardest to alert you in June to your failure at DFW. You both responded and said you would fix. @TGIFridays you even sent me gift cards. Tried to use them tonite with an @OpenTable reservation and was met with a blank stare and then a rush to find a cord for the iPad . Sloppy as ****. Why not call it a day so that two decent companies don 't continue the black eye?

"Went Tuesday afternoon and was the only one there and ordered the burrito with beef and added chicken. It was good however the portion size was ridiculous. It was extra heavy with the rice, super light on the beef and light on the chicken. For a $11 burrito I would say hard pass as it a bad value, disappointing. The red and green sauces were tasty. Unfortunately the service was not very welcoming, felt like I was bugging them. I will be back to try the tamales because I hear and see good things."

"Probably wouldn’t come back. Had high expectations given the option to dine at a chefs table. Some of the food was unique and quite good. But my daughter’s filet looked and tasted like something I’d expect to get at Applebees and the desserts were disgusting. The banana bread skillet tasted like uncooked flour. The olive oil cake was drier than the Turkey at Clark Griswald’s house. They have 30 whiskey’s to choose from, but don’t ask for a list or an explanation of what they have because they really don’t know. All in all I should have done more research before going. Had I known it was just the restaurant inside a Marriott property, I would have passed. A few stand outs, but overall just over priced and there are far superior restaurant in the area at similar price points."

"Brought the family here for dinner. The fried chicken was really good. My daughter had rotisserie chicken from the kids menu. It was exceptional. My wife had the rotisserie chicken on a salad and our youngest daughter ate half of it as well. Will have to come back to try the ribs. Another table ordered them and after seeing and smelling them I have to order it next time."
