"Hello Made the reservation online and arrived on time Friday 6/7/19 for 6:15 with my group of nine. They had no record of our reservation and the greeter said sometimes we have no way of knowing your reservation . We all looked at each other because 2 weeks prior I called in and the female said I could make it online. I sad Ok can you go ahead and reserve for 10 and she replied hesitantly O.K. So this time I made the reservation received confirmation and even saved it and to our avail the sataff was clueless. we luckily only waited 15 20 minutes and were seated. The rest was all good. Set up a reservation through this site for 7. When arrived was told that I should have called because this site does not communicate with them. How was I to know as I even got a confirmation from this site.

we went for our reservation to 2/14/20 for 630 and we came there and they said they did not get through the reservations here and let no one let us know so that we was wasted our gas to drive there and had to find somewhere else to eat on Valentine's Day, which was hard, so we had to settle for steak'n shake. I wasn't planning to eat our Valentine's dinner. I had confirmed that we booked it in everything, so if it doesn't work then they should not be conformed to the tables I want to be done for something
