"They said it wasn't a problem when I called and asked if I were 10 minutes late, it would be okay. she stopped me and checked with manager and no problem that she would update my information. we drove halfway there and I called back because she never took my name. when I called back, she said well that my manager said that they need to wait after she said it was good when I was 10 minutes late and they would update my reservation. so we had to return to the house. very angry on Valentine's Day! very rude!"

Stood at the host stand for 15 minutes before we were even acknowledged. Had a reservation amd there were 20 open tables but was told our wait would be another 30 minutes (total of 45 mins PAST our reservation time) so we left. Wont go back.

that was okay. 5 of 8 servers retrieved at nye, but our server has maintained a good level of service. there are only some problems a burger with only cheese and speck and came with a cheese sauce also he had not expected. they took back burger, kept for 10 min, carved sauce and brought back
