"So disappointed. Waitress was excellent, but the food was rather disappointing. Number one, much overpriced for quality. I had a whole American I ordered medium and came out of the way. Very dry and a fishy taste. Not sure what it was about. Too much bread and the bungalow was dry and cold. We're not going back. Management go in two seasons in Mesa. They will teach you how to make a burger!!"

"Food is so delicious! It's all fresh made from scratch daily and the servers are so friendly and attentive. I was surprised to learn they're mostly slow during the day. Like how??? This place trumps olive garden or any of those sub par Italian restaurants lol! I found my new Italian spot! Definitely a diamond in the ruff restaurant DO NOT SLEEP ON THIS PLACE PEOPLE!"

"The food itself was very disappointed. The service... terrible. We are very flexible and understand slow service, but what we have tonight was no service at all. The people at our table and at the table are begging for water replenishment... if you needed everything you had to go to the bar to get it because there is no server in sight. Even the bartender had to ask us to print a check so we could pay because the servers never came out again. We came at 6:50 and were told it was an hour waiting. We sat as expected at 7:50 and until 8:30 the whole restaurant was extinguished except three tables. Some of the foods were spicy for the children, but even getting a single refill was impossible. The employees were so busy to want to clean up for the night (nounces the closing time as 9PM) that we were treated far more than an inconvenience to their Saturday night plans than actual customers. Simple gestures like the offer of water or beverage refills would have gone far. Heck, mere presence, so that we could even ask for help, would have been appreciated."

"update 7/29/2021 Well someone was able to turn this place around. Back to 5 stars at least for now. update 6/20/2018 Tried giving them a couple more chances and they failed. This place is a disaster. If you love Rosati's, there are other locations in the East Valley that are independent and not owned by this franchisee. Go elsewhere. Even if it meant eating crumbled bread with ketchup, it would be a better experience than giving your business to this company. This location is a giant mess. We've been frequenting this place for over a year and out of the dozen or so times we've given them our business, only once have they ever met our expectations or had any sense of consistency. Some issues we've had: never being on time within their suggested window and instead usually 15-20 minutes late, wrong toppings, entire chunks of onion, completely soggy and drenched crust, and completely burnt crust. Just this past visit someone forgot to put tomato sauce on the pizza and instead incidentally added the tomato sauce once the pizza was already cooked and ready as if we wouldn't have noticed. Regardless, of all the miss management we absolutely love the pizza and keep going back. If someone could fix these issues the place would be a gold mine."

"This was really good barbecue! The restaurant had a cozy atmosphere. They do have an outdoor patio and seating inside. There wasn't a whole lot of seating inside though. I really enjoyed the Chili Mac. The staff was very helpful in getting us a better price for a large family. We will be back! Thank you!Kid-friendliness: The kids ate really well!"
