"When I lived in Harrisonville, I went to Best Burrito regularly. I've only been in town for a few years when a friend and I were in town. They were still as friendly as ever. The service was wonderful, just as I remember. And the food... don't let me start eating! It was amazing and seemed so much better than before, but I guess it was because I didn't have it for a while. I had forgotten how big proportions are, so I still have much left in my refrigerator for another meal. Best Burrito must return to my short list; well worth the ride to Harrisonville."

"I went there on 8/16/24 and placed a to go order. Wasn’t givin a receipt for my order. Made it all the way to Adrian before realizing the order was wrong. Called and after 5 minutes of back and forth they claim they can’t find my order and of course I had paid cash. Then proceeded to argue that they showed me the order screen and I agreed it was correct when in fact they had not. Then argued about making the order right or refunding me. A 10 minute phone call that should have went way different and they made me feel like I was in the wrong. We won’t be going back again."

"My family and I went in to this Arby’s May 12, 2024 on our drive home after attending an event in KC. After a busy few days I, stupidly, left my Lululemon Crossbody Bag on the back of my chair when I left. I realized a little ways down the road that I had done so and my family turned the car around to see if the bag was still there. BOTH my Mother and I called the restaurant and evidentially spoke to a Manager (as to which Manager or their position in the restaurants hierarchy, I am unsure). Said Manager stated that would check, put me on hold, and then a few moments later came back on to say that the bag was not on the back of my chair. We had already turned the car around to head back so we decided to check for ourselves. Sure enough, visible from the window as we walked in, was my bag hanging on the back of my chair at the table that my Mother and I described to the Manager. I did not speak with said Manager, just checked to make sure that all my belongings were in the bag. My Mother, however, DID speak with the Manager and basically he said (i’m paraphrasing off of my Mothers own paraphrasing here, so admittedly could be skewed) that it wasn’t really part of his job to go out there and check on these sort of things. While I understand that Customer Service can and will be very stressful and emotionally mentally taxing at some times, this just shows pure laziness amongst the Management at this store."
